These are the smoked native style hides I currently have available for purchase. The only method of payment is through etransfer.

All my hides are uncommonly soft and stretchy, and all hide is rugged. Home-made, noncaustic softening solution to soften (no brain matter), then it is smoked with wood. Importantly, the material is fully biodegradable and nontoxic. Bickskin is easy to stitch, sew, and to manufacture articles by people with no experience (all you need is a knife, and awl). With little care, outdoor gear made from it can last a long time.

This leather is like a suede, but breathable and without the toxic chemicals used often in the commercial leather industry.

Clothing from buckskin will not have a zip sound when rubbing trees. Poking insults will not snag or tear, the thinnest layers will still fully shield from all biting bugs. Resists hot fire sparks, unlike tough plastic weave.

Also makes for great strop strip material, used in a barbers style fashion. Will clean the edge of your tools to achieve that terifying glass edge.
