 Cut a semi circle near ish shape, a little over the length of your foot, of fur on hide. Cut and split log the length of your foot. . Wrap the log with towles and cloth so its near the shape of your foot. 

Around the round end of the hide, punch slits with the tip of your knife. On the streight end, punch small slits the length. 

Put the wrapped log on the dry fur side, and run a cord, back and forth, zipping up the toe of the shoe, over the towel and log to about 3/5ths the length lf the toe.

Push the log and hide into to toe, and zip up the heel on the samae manner. 

Push the log heel down snug and fip over the shoe in a breezy warm place to dry fully. 

The shoe will shrink, bit hopefully not so much you cant fit your foot in. 

Its not the best footwear, but its great for smuttering around cold places without socs.
