Cultivated “Value”
Value is generated from discovering, possessing, and also - the ability to share or gift well-being from something uncommon—something unique to you. This can be experiences, character, skills, or a material thing. All are earned, I think; the higher your investment, sacrifice, and risk, the higher the value. Sometimes, you can't foresee the reward.
Experience is something you pay for; sometimes willingly, sometimes unknowingly. Character you accept, develop, hone, and discover through painful experiences. Skills through experience and trials and failure. Material goods may be derived as the result of the development of some or more of the previous categories.
Value is not only measured by one of these categories but rather the sum of all. One may have an overabundance of value in one category and an apparent deficit in another, but the cumulative sum is their value.
Always remember, the greater the risk, the longer the suffering, the greater the endured beating, the less inclined someone is to do the act, the less someone is able to sell the act, the greater your reward should you choose to achieve it. You WILL not feel it while doing the act—that doubt is part of the battle. Your mind will try to stop you, but follow through to the summit.
